C. O. (Cyrus Otway) Weller was born in Tennessee in November, 1841. He attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1868-1869. In 1870, he married and by 1881 had relocated to Austin, Texas. He practiced medicine in Austin from approximately 1885 to the time of his death in November, 1911. In addition to seeing patients, he was a druggist and sold toiletries and stationary out of a space located at 2300 Guadalupe St. C.O. and his wife, Florence, had four children--C. (Cy...
